Elmer and Orpha Chase, Feb 14 1947
This is a picture of my parents taken in Eugene of their wedding day. They were married Feb. 14 1947...The war was over and they met at a picnic on the Willamete river. My fathers sister Alice introduced them. Alice and my mother were beauticians and worked together.

My mom's cousin is named Orpha. I NEVER, in my wildest dreams thought there could ever be another person named Orpha!
